The Wool Project
Senior citizens are also making a real difference!
Senior citizens are also making a remarkable difference in communities across Gauteng knitting lovely woolen scarves, jerseys, beanies, blankets and gloves in order to spread warmth and love especially during winter time. The Tannies of Rose Village in Rooseveldt Park work tirelessly (for 8 years now) sharing a common passion for knitting to impact positive social change. This kind of work needs to be done to meet the rapid growth and to curb the needs of disabled, impoverished and neglected children. Sesego Foundation, as facilitator of the donation of wool towards this project and distribution of the clothing to different beneficiaries, continues to personally lend a helping hand while also encouraging everyone to get involved to make this great cause a possibility.
